At FitHab® I offer many fitness options to serve your goals, needs, and budget. I train clients at their home, office, or a park one on one, but also train groups for 30 to 60 minutes on areas of fitness that need attention and those that the client have as a goal. Some clients may have disabilities (mental and/or physical) and I use what best works for the client. Clients can learn to use conventional exercise tools, like dumb bells, stability balls, machines, bikes, treadmill, TRX Suspension Trainer, Rip Trainer and many other tools. While many of my clients will mix conventional exercise with non-conventional exercise. Or just opt out and do non-conventional exercises like MovNat.
