For the last three months I have been teaching natural human movement exercise skills and philosophy exclusively to one of my clients that reached out to me because of the interest they have in MovNat.

My client is a tennis player, CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) member, and a EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) student.

They felt the need to go beyond the conventional gym methods of training and to engage in natural human movement training that is the basis of human movement skills and sports.

We have done a lot of work in a short time and we have been recently working on manipulative skills, such as lifting and carrying.

Recently I have taught my client to perform the lumbar carry and the cross-shoulder carry (Fireman carry).

These techniques and the underlying skills to perform them are powerful and useful in life.

My client will be ahead of the game when they learn in EMT class about how to lift and carry people in emergency situations.

From crawling, get-ups, walking, running, balancing, lifting, carrying, throwing, catching, climbing, jumping and landing; we have done a lot!

All the skills and techniques practiced come together as a puzzle and are scalable so anyone can do it.

What I provide is a path and a building and sequencing of learning so that it all comes together smoothly.

I was one of the honored and privileged to be trained and certified as a MovNat Level 2 Trainer in the first ever class with the founder Erwan Le Corre back in 2012.

MovNat has done a lot for me as a fitness professional and to my clients. Very powerful physical education system and fitness method.

I recommend “The Practice of Natural Movement ” book as a great resource for reviewing what you learned in a certification course/workshop or just learning from it.
