Welcome to the FitHab® website.
Happy New Year!
I hope you and yours had a wonderful Holiday season. With 2016 here, we can make our resolution of becoming more fit a reality.

My goal this year: Is to maintain healthy, to continue to learn, improve areas of fitness that need to be equal to the ones that are optimal, and to continue to share the knowledge of the vast benefits that fitness has to offer to my family, friends, clients, and the community.

“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”― Hippocrates

So I say, “Let movement be thy medicine and medicine be thy movement.”

It would be an honor and pleasure to meet with you and/or some one you care about and take the first step on improving your and other’s quality of life with fitness habits that work.

FitHab has training options to meet your budget and solutions to meet your fitness needs.

Whether you’re a busy professional, stay at home parent, a weekend warrior, retired, a special needs individual, a mother to be, want to train in small groups, or just someone who wants to make a change in their life; FitHab has fitness habits for you to embrace.

Contact me to set up a free, no obligation, 30 minute consultation to see how we can work together in making fitness a habit.

One more thing. Just wanted to congratulate and thank all my clients for the great work and achievements in 2015

Update: My friend Dan (Featured back in June 2015) has been working diligently on his fitness and we got together for some running mechanics training and he is doing great! Awesome work and stay consistent and persistent in your efforts.
