A Personal Trainer
Fithab will bring fitness right to your door and provide you with the motivation you need and the consistency that makes a great workout program. It's not about counting reps. For us, the correct form of doing an exercise is more important than the load you are lifting. Safety is a priority. Individual instructions make for effective workouts.
Our oldest client is 93 years young, our youngest 11. It is never too late or too early to start moving.
