Hi and welcome!
I'm Luis Torres, fitness professional and owner of FitHab^®. No matter what your health and fitness goal may be, my education, experience, and approach to fitness will help you achieve your goal.

You could be that busy professional who feels that gyms are not the right fit. However hard you try you can’t find the time to exercise.

You might be the stay at home parent who has no time to travel to a gym. You don’t know how to start your fitness regimen.

Maybe you are an older adult and exercise is becoming more important for independence, health, longevity, quality of life, and rehabilitation from injuries.

The case may be that you are a parent of a special needs child or teen, who needs a physical fitness program to balance other forms of addressing their needs.

Maybe you are getting ready for an event, like a wedding, a reunion, an athletic competition, or performing a physical for a job. Training and preparing is crucial to how you look, feel, and perform.

You may be a manager or business owner who wants the workforce to learn fitness habits. It is well established that fit employees will save the employer money on health care, improve employee moral and increase productivity.
